Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached. Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
We ship standard domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $7.00 per order. Free shipping applies to orders of $79+ within the USA only. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1.800.742.5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
If you would like to have your item repaired, we offer free lifetime repairs. Please note that we do not untangle jewelry as part of our "repairs" terms. Pieces that are broken with all the components in tact are repaired for free (not including shipping). Pieces that are broken that are missing pieces, we will do our best to fix as much like the original but on some occasions replacement parts need to be purchased. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your repair. Please note. repairs can take from 2-4 weeks to process. Please include in your repair your "Ship To" address, you name, and phone number and email in case our designer has to contact you directly about your repair. Please note, vintage one of a kind rings are not included in repairs.
