BelleStyle Kitchen: Honey Mustard Marinade
Honey Mustard marinade can be used on chicken, potatoes, pork, or fish as a marinade to cook in. It creates a silky, Carmel colored glaze over your protein that you will keep coming back to for weekly night meals. this honey mustard sauce can be less spicy by taking out the cayenne pepper.
Ingredients:
2-3 Cloves Garlic smashed.
1/4 Cup Honey
1 whole fresh lemon squeezed
1 Tbsp. Dijon or Whole Mustard Seed Mustard
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Cayenne* (Optional)
Wisk until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning
* Cayenne is used in this marinade to help with immune function, blood pressure and inflammation.
