Shipping policy

When will I receive my BelleStyle Bijoux Shipment?
We ship out items in stock usually the next business day. You will get a confirmation email with your delivery confirmation information in it. On some occasions our pieces are made to to order, those orders go out anywhere from 1-5 days after purchase. We also sometimes have an item back ordered, if this is the case, we will email you with the expected delivery time. We ship out USPS standard and priority mail. For order over $79, you can enter “FREESHIP” at checkout to get shipping free.

For Repairs: We will email you when your repair is complete for you to finalize your shipping preference. Please note: Items labeled “Imported” do not include free repairs.

Does BelleStyle ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. For an added fee we can ship internationally. For questions if your country is shipped to, please email us at: info@bellestyle.com.

Why is my order shipping next week?
Most of our shipments going out the next day. If for some reason, your item is being handmade to order or needs extra time due to materials or craftsmanship we will keep you updated on your order. Some items are made to order and need extra time to fulfill. We will do our best to get your order out as fast as possible. if for some reason you need a rush, you can chose the rush shipping or email us at: orders@bellestyle.com and let us know.
