We design and make each piece with materials we have tested and love. In some cases, our pieces might need to be repaired. We stand by our jewelry and accessories that we sell to you. We offer free lifetime repairs on all pieces over $79. Simply email us at email@example.com for the information on how to repair your piece and we will respond in the order your request is received.
If you have lost a charm, feather or component that needs to be replaced, in most cases we can recreate your piece. In some cases a new piece will need to be substituted. We work with you to make your rapid or replacement fast and effortless. Many times our clients contact us after years wanting to re make an earring they have had forever that they lost.
Please note repairs are fixed in the order they are received. Repairs can take 2-8 weeks to be shipped back depending on the time of year. Repairs do require shipment. You can chose to ship back via regular mail ($4.95, or priority mail $8.00). Local repairs can chose “Local Pick Up” and pick up from our studio located in Wildwood Missouri (suburb of St. Louis, Mo). Once your item is repaired we email you with an invoice for shipping confirmation.
We do offer repairs on items that are not BelleStyle. If you are interested in repairing a non- BelleStyle piece, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you an estimate on your request after we received pictures of your broken item. Quotes for repairs usually come via email within 1 week. We try and get your order out as soon as it is placed. Most orders ship with 24 hours of being placed. On some occasions some items take longer to make or orders to fill. We will email you if your item is delayed in anyway. Please note that USPS has recently (10/2021) updated their ship times to increase by 2-3 days depending on where we are shipping within the United States.
Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using expedited shipping methods. Orders placed using expedited shipping methods before 6pm CST (Central Standard Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours. We try and get every order out to you as soon as possible.
We ship standard domestic orders via your choice when you chose how you want your order shipped.

Please note shipping rates can increase the heavier the shipment is. This is used as a basis for most of our shipping. We do offer free local pick up from our studio in Wildwood, Mo. If you choose free local pick up. We will be in contact with you with directions for local pickup when your order is complete. If you do not live in St. Louis, Mo please do not choose "local pick up" for your shipping method.
